I just liked seeing you “in person” in a sense. And somehow I’d forgotten you did the cool eye decorations on the side. Love it!
The lighting and sound weren’t too bad this time around. I should always steal my daughter’s laptop for vlogs. 😉 I do think vlogs are a more personal connection than just plain blog posts, but they are definitely more work.
The eye make up in the above video was inspired by VIXX’s video “On & On” where they are space vampires (at least that’s what I call them). 😀
Ooh, I must watch that video. Two cheap lighting tips for you, if you’re interested. One is have your face facing a window while you film, though not one with the sun blinding you. Two is get a decent sized Chinese lamp ball. It disperses the light evenly on your face and looks professional. I think they’re pretty cheap.
I want to do a vlog, but like you said, lots more work. Maybe someday. Thanks for setting a good example. 🙂
My house is an ancient horror (11 years to 100) and outlets and windows and a decent backdrop seem to be allergic to each other. But I will be on the look out for the perfect spot for sure! Thanks for the advice. 🙂
